A Whole New Alva?

Although you might be tired of hearing about Aunt Alva, I just had to share her most recent picture with you...as it's ONLY THE BEGINNING of her new life!  Many more blooms will emerge before the summer passes.

Sometimes, withering and dying can generate fresh and new beautiful flowers.  The cycle of this plant reminds me of My Life in so many ways.
