Salivating as I stirred the sauce, I took a piece of fried dough and ate it...just plain!
Mouthwateringly delicious, the sauce came to a slow boil. Carefully we placed heaping spoons of homemade meat sauce on a piece of golden fried dough topping it with parmesan.
Slowly the stack began to disappear...one by one...but not entirely! There was more than enough for leftovers.
