Get Together

The Pres and I are having a little cookout this weekend for a few friends. We have been a little busy getting out the spare tables, chairs and cookout supplies but I cannot stop wondering about our menu, which is:

Crab salad & Ritz crackers
Sausage dip & Scoops
Spicy chicken dip & Tostitos
Fresh Veggies & Knorr's Spinach Dip
Deviled Eggs

Then, around 2pm, lunch will be served:
BBQ Ribs
Hot Dogs
Sausage Patties
Grilled Chicken

All served with sides:
Potatoe Salad
Cole Slaw
Macaroni Salad
Sausage & Peppers
Baked Beans
Yellow Squash Casserole

For dessert, we have:
Carrot Cake
Mini Chocolate Cupcakes
Chocolate Chip Bars
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars
Summer Cake

Do you thnk that's enough food for about thirty people?

Any suggestions for something to drink besides water, wine, beer, sweetened & unsweetened tea?

Sounds yummy! Maybe a couple of 2 liter sodas for extra drinks?

That is a delicious sounding menu. Are you making all that yourself? Sounds like enough drink variety to me too

Never having catered for 30 people I would be of no help but to me you have a wonderful menu worked out so I'd not be worrying too much.
The only drink I noticed missing was coffee.
Hope everyone has a great time as I am sure they will.

Sounds wonderful and plenty of food for a person who doesn't eat meat
