Green River

When we settled out this way and I found out there were several lakes for kayakers, I wanted to take lessons.  So, when the opportunity arose, I did just that, after which I had the Pres take me kayak shopping.  The rest is history and my enjoyment continues.  So, for  "the challenge...either the color green or rivers or a combination of both..:-)

Are any of you old enough to remember song?

Yeah ... great memories. A super track and I built my own kayak in my parents main living room! I always enjoyed the freedom of being out on the water.

I know that song well! You are adventuresome. I think I would never even be able to fold myself in one. And if I did, I would not be able to get out. But there are many kayaks around here, and they are pretty, i like snapping them.

I think I would very much enjoy learning Kayaking.. I didn't learn to swim till I was in my very late 40s scaring 50 ya know LOL.. but I can swim now and I swim well enough to not fear the water :O)... so what actually makes a lake... a lake you kayak on? AR my home state has beautiful clear lakes.. I wonder if any of those are kayaking lakes? Love the video and CCR song.. we are telling our age LOL
