A Simple Question

Beside the fact that Cardinals make a beautiful collage, I wondered as I made them.



My thought is this.

Do you think the Cardinals will look as beautiful in Spring Green
 as they did in Winter White?

If cardinals were fashionable, the winter colors would be their best palette, I think ;) . But they do look stunning in any season.

I do not think they will look as pretty! Perhaps that is why God made them stick around in the winter.

Definitely. And I'd love to see a cardinal in my yard. Period. No matter what the season and background. ;) Beautiful mosaic JP.

I love the cardinals in our backyard year round but they are spectacular to see with a snowy backdrop in winter.

Oh they Do.... They will! For the first 60 years of my life the only way I ever saw this bird was on Christmas cards. We lived in the Pacific Northwest and they are not there! When we started traveling, I was so thrilled yo see them in real life. I love them, but actually still have never seen one in the snow except through blogs (much better than those old Christmas cards!). They are lovely and the red just pops out when they're in green trees too!

Oh my word, how beautiful they are. We in Oz have some wonderful coloured birds but that cardinal takes the prize as far as I am concerned.

Visiting from Mosaic Monday and your cardinals caught my eye. We have tons of them all year long. Even though they are gorgeous always, there is just something about seeing them standing out in the winter whites! Your collages are just beautiful!
