The Big Melt
The morning mist was a dead giveaway of the warmer temps predicted for that day.
Their shapes stood out as I gazed into the woods, listening to the high pitched chirp of one of the adult Eagles.
The river near us is no longer frozen which is why, I think, I've seen the adult Eagles so much.
I've spotted an adult four times in just two days coming from the nesting area heading toward the river. Although once, it was "escorting" an immature out.
At least now that "the big melt" is upon us, food will be easier to find...
for all the critters...:)
