Sights Unseen
Another road trip for the Pres and I today. Meeting my daughter for an early lunch while she's visiting our oldest grandson here in Connecticut. Hopefully, if the Pres agrees to do the driving, I can get a few photos....of who knows what. Although lunch will be at Chili's, a place that the Pres has been itching to go to, we've never been out that way.
Meanwhile I wanted to show you what Mother Nature has done to the Pres' deer target. In case you're having a hard time deciphering the photo, it is covered with what appears to be a type of moss.
Taking the pictures of it, all I thought of was what a cute life-size "Chia pet" it would make.
Remember the Hairy Woodpecker that I caught drilling a hole into the neck of the high density foam target?
Well, last week, I spotted a nest inside the neck!
So, do you think if I sprinkled Chia seeds all over the deer target in the Spring they would grow?
I think it would look adorable...:)

Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I almost always go for the Southwestern Egg Rolls. YUM!!
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, have a great weekend!
As for Chili's, their Tilapia (grilled fish) is good, and I also like their Chicken Flatbread. And if you order corn on the cob it is a whole ear! My husband usually orders the Bottomless Chili Bowl (it comes with all the chili, salad, and chips with salsa that you want). And we think their chips are the very best - thin and crisp!
Have a great day!
