The Pair of Blobs

Most of you know how I am when it comes to spotting birds in the woods.  So, seeing two blobs in a tree that did not have those blobs the day before made me pull out zoomerooni rather than zoomer.  Look what I found.

Thanks to Karen, who told me that typically Ravens travel in pairs, and zoomerooni I found out just what those blobs were...:).  They were, according to the Pres about 80-90 yds away!

just seeing, saying and sharing...

Every time I would get out the binoculars I would close one eye, and look through one lens. So, for Christmas, my husband bought me a monocular. (closing one eye worked for me but...) Anyway, isn't it funny how you notice something in a woods that you look at every day. When there is something there, that wasn't there the day before, you have to see what it is! Of course, that might just be women! I hung a picture last evening and I'm waiting to see when My Shug notices it!
Cute pair of blogs btw!

Hello, I have seen those blobs before. A blob should always be looked at closely, the blob could be an eagle, hawk or even an owl.

Happy Wednesday, enjoy your day!
Interesting blobs you've got there.

I am always looking, investigating 'blobs'!
It is great that your 'blobs' turned out to be Ravens!
