Disappointment in B & W


Opening the slider to take a pic during the "nor'easter" today, disappointment greeted me.  All we'd gotten was rain...heavy, torrential rains...since first thing this morning.  

However, temps are supposed to drop.  Perhaps...just perhaps...a few snowflakes will make an entrance as they did a few weeks ago.

picture #2 is a beauty. here at the shore, it is 38 degrees and it has been snowing all day, but none of it is sticking to anything. it is quite bizarre. i have enjoyed watching it come down, but when i tried to photograph that i got nothing. it's been windy, but nothing like what they forecasted....and i took down my snow flag out front, what a waste. it should be on display, especially when it is snowing!!

oh well, lot's of snow, no clean up will be required!!!

Is it still called a N'or Easter when it's raining in the west??? We're finally getting some rain in California!!! Hope you get your snow!
