A Country Bumpkin

 



While even the rope at a nearby swimming hole is empty, many people including myself remain full of life.  NO, I did not try to swing off it, although it did make me reminisce to my high school years.  

While dating my first sweetheart, we used to go to a swimming hole with friends but ours was a little different.  We didn't have a rope.  We jumped from the bridge to the river below.

I'm not sure I would jump from a bridge - well, it depends on how high that bridge is above the water. Your post brought back memories of my university years when we would go to a lake nearby, play frisby and bandminton and just have a good and rather carefree time.
