All Gone

Out with the old and in with the new.  That's what I wanted to do that morning.  I needed to use up one pre-made pie crust and one block of cream cheese....hmmmm???

Making a quiche, I used up some of the leftover ham, shredded cheeses in the freezer, spinach and mushrooms bought for the chicken cacciatore.   I made my favorite dip using chicken, Frank's hot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing topped with some of that remaining shredded cheese used in the quiche.

seeing, saying, sharing...

I have not made a quiche in years and years and we always enjoyed them
Happy new week
Good for you. Sometimes you just have to have something for the inspiration. I haven't made a quiche with a crust in what seems like forever, I make it using bisquick and it works well.

I have completely forgotten about quiche, so popular back in the day. Happy New Year, j.p.

Sounds yummy. Now that you mention it I have a small container of the buffalo chicken dip left in the fridge. I don't know if I'll put it in a quiche but I may go eat it later.
Good food is a part of a good year! Thanks for linking to the old Shadow Shot link. I completely forgot to post on January 2nd!
