Out with the old and in with the new. That's what I wanted to do that morning. I needed to use up one pre-made pie crust and one block of cream cheese....hmmmm???
Making a quiche, I used up some of the leftover ham, shredded cheeses in the freezer, spinach and mushrooms bought for the chicken cacciatore. I made my favorite dip using chicken, Frank's hot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing topped with some of that remaining shredded cheese used in the quiche.
